HamRadioDuo Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of new, unused items or items that arrive damaged within 30 days of delivery.
If you’re outside that window, just reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
To start a return, email mike@hamradioduo.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged product.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know and we’ll take care of it.
